Savannah, GA
Seeking help to fix the blog transmission issues has consumed the entire last couple of days, so tonight I am sharing another look at Savannah. In the oldest section of the town, the houses range from 130 to 250 years old. A number of the doors in the old section caught my eye - it is a neat diversity of times, styles, tastes and colors.
Some focus on security. .
. . and some are unusual.
Many are fancy...
..and a lot are red.
But on in particular was really amazing - look at the doors. They were carved to fit in the oval shaped porch.
And finally, what may be my favorite set of shutters so far.
Tomorrow is another mile-stone in this whole endeavor - it is the grand-opening of the clinic. Many lives will be impacted for decades to come through these efforts, and although there are always glitches getting things going, I know we are on the right path. Have a great Thursday, and know I appreciate your continued interest and support.
Warmest
David
